We offer revised versions based on the package you select, and our customers have the privilege of requesting unlimited free revisions. If the design and concept remain consistent, we undertake design revisions at no extra cost. The processing time for revisions is set at 48 hours.

Refund Policy / Money Back Guarantee:

With the exception of situations where VERVETECK™ terminates the contract for reasons other than a customer’s breach or default, payments for post-delivery projects with approved original design concepts or requested changes are non-refundable.

Refunds are governed by the following guidelines:

• A refund request can be made upon the presentation of the initial logo concept. However, if you approve the design or request alterations to the original concept, the refund offer becomes void, and no refund request is accepted.
• If a refund request is submitted before the delivery of the original design concept, a full refund will be granted, with a deduction of 10% for service and processing fees.
• For refund requests made within 48 hours, a 66% refund will be provided, with a 10% deduction for service and processing fees.
• Refund requests within 48-120 hours after the initial design delivery qualify for a 33% refund, with a 10% deduction for service and processing fees.
• No refund requests will be entertained after 120 hours following the delivery of the original design. However, we prioritize 100% customer satisfaction and encourage you to contact us if you have concerns.
• If no action is taken on your order within 30 days of placing it, your refund request will not be processed. To resume your design order, a specific fee will be charged, depending on your project.
• Refund requests will not be considered after the final files have been delivered.
• Once the initial website design is approved, no refunds will be issued.
• No refund requests are accepted for video animation packages after the storyboard is designed.

It is essential to report all refund requests to our support department. VERVETECK reserves the right to approve or reject requests on a case-by-case basis, primarily due to a breach of the User Agreement. Custom packages follow the same refund policies as individual packages. Placing a design order in good faith is a prerequisite for the money-back guarantee. Multiple design agency orders for the same project with the intent of requesting a refund are not considered in good faith, and we retain the right to refuse such requests.

Refund requests should be substantiated with valid reasons consistent with the design description and customer feedback on revisions. If the concept aligns with your order, no refunds will be granted, but we will make further adjustments to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please note that the 100% original design guarantee allows for a redesign if the logo bears significant similarity to an existing design. Any resemblance to existing designs is purely coincidental, and VERVETECK disclaims liability or claims for compensation in such cases. The responsibility for artwork copyright rests with you.

How to Claim Your Refund:

To secure approval for your refund request, ensure you meet the following requirements:

Promptly address any issues in accordance with our review policy. Once your refund is processed, the design rights become the property of VERVETECK, and you will not be able to access the design files or use them directly or indirectly.

Domain and Hosting:

In our website package, domain and hosting services are provided at no additional cost, where applicable. The email accounts included in the website package can be configured with third-party email software such as Outlook, with each account offering 10 MB of storage space. Please note that if you do not host your website with us, we will not provide you with an email account.

Delivery Policy:

All design order files will be delivered to your My Account section on or before the specified date mentioned in the order confirmation. An email notification will also be sent to inform you of the delivery to your account. All revision and refund policies are subject to the date and time of design order deliveries in your account. Custom-designed orders will be emailed to you within 5-7 days of receiving your order. We offer FAST DELIVERY for the first logo sample within 48 hours for an additional charge of only $50. Our 24-hour customer service center is available for further assistance.

Revision and Conceptual Changes:

At VERVETECK, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our services. If you request revisions or changes in the conceptual design during the project, please be aware that the time required for these adjustments will not be factored into the project’s total timeline. We understand that achieving the best outcome may necessitate refinements and adjustments, and we are committed to accommodating your needs. However, excessive revisions or changes may impact project deadlines, and we will work closely with you to establish a reasonable timeline that aligns with your evolving project requirements.

Record Maintenance:

Once the final file is delivered, we retain your completed design. Should you require the final file in the future, we can provide it upon request.

Communication Policy:

It’s important to note that VERVETECK is not responsible for communications from email addresses that do not follow our own domain. Access to Information:

When accessing VERVETECK Services, you may be required to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete registration details or other information. VERVETECK reserves the right to deny access to services or resources and suspend or terminate your account if it determines that the information provided is inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete.

Retention of Credit Card Information:

VERVETECK operates as a PCI DSS compliant company and may retain your credit card information on file. This information may be used for regular services, additional development time, and acquiring servers or network equipment needed for website development or launch. Our personnel will always keep you informed about this process.

Exclusions:
